Nate Vitek was our salesperson and truly surprised me with attention to detail along with product knowledge. I have never owned a BMW and Nate fully understood and provided me with a wealth of information about the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Nate made the entire purchasing process a pleasant experience with virtually no pressure and nothing but a positive and upbeat demeaner which allowed me to make the right decision. When I informed him I was on a tight schedule due to upcoming travel, Nate ensured all the required paperwork for buying my current car, and purchasing a new one, was ready and waiting for me on the day of the sale. Overall, Nate is an asset to the BMW of Silver Spring business, and, I was completely impressed with his technical knowledge of the vehicle I ended up purchasing. He has an uncanny ability to describe the technical aspects of a vehicle by putting it into laymen's terms, so the first-time buyer of a BMW was put at ease and had a greater understanding of the vehicle they were driving. The BMW X3 M Competition was the choice I made and have zero regrets, an outstanding vehicle. Overall, this was a great buying experience and there is no doubt that I would return to BMW of Silver Spring as long as Nate was our salesperson.
