Wonderful! Brittany, our Client Advisor was very positive, helpful attentive to every detail, and made the transaction smooth. The manager, helped with questions about BMW’s Connected Driver Program and Aaron handled the financial, tag and titling for us. All gracious, knowledgeable and hard working. We love our car and would highly recommend BMW of Silver Spring.
