BMW of Silver Spring

I recently bought a BMW X7 from BMW of Silver Spring. Scott Sohn was by sales representative. We did most of the negotiations online and he was very transparent about the whole process. He never pushed me towards anything and ultimately we were able to come to a very reasonable conclusion regarding the final deal. I have had some bad experiences in my life regarding car dealerships but Scott was one of the most professional sales person I have met. I felt he would always put my interest first, knowing that it would also benefit him in the end. The pinnacle of a good salesman. When our whole family came in to the dealership for the new car, he was so kind and nice to my wife and children. He shared stories about his family also. In short, my experience with Scott was all business with high professional standards but with a human touch. I truly appreciated the whole experience.
