BMW of Silver Spring

My sales consultant at BMW of Silver Springs was Lonnie. What Lonnie did not know was that just prior to reaching his desk, I has stopped at several dealerships, shopped online and arrived to him from the next door competition. Once I met Lonnie and told him what I was interested in, he pulled up all the documents and immediately began to accommodate my interest He worked with a personal care and a sense of urgency to my interest to make it happen. After a few minutes of working with him, I felt like we had met before and were friends. I am very pleased for the service and glad it was Lonnie who assisted me. I could not have had a better sales rep. In fact the entire crew there was a class act, from the Aaron the finance manager to Joanna the Sales manager. They all played a part in me walking out with the vehicle I wanted and feeling like I had a great car buying experience.
