BMW of Silver Spring

Was in the market for a CPO X3 M. Found one at BMW of Silver Spring through a relative who works there. Relative put me together with David Davila and the magic began. After the test drive David wrote up the quote and got the finance process started. He took 45-mins to an hour to thoroughly show me all the features and technology in the car. his knowledge of the features was impressive. The finance person did a great job. I was in and out of the dealership in just about 2.5 hrs with a car! Follow up has been professional. David already suggest a return visit to walk through the features and tech again. Great attention to detail. I walked away from this experience feeling like the WANTED by business and plan to take good care of me. I highly recommend this BMW dealership.
