Great Experience with Harold and Gen!

I had the BEST experience with Harold Shelby and Gen Awanohara. Harold is accessible, prompt, and professional. Really has a high emotional IQ in reading customers about what they need and are looking for. He is not going to waste your time. I went in on a Saturday morning at 9am, out by 10am, and had the car a day later. The communication by text was so easy and professional. The paperwork only took about 45 min, and Gen was very professional and competent. Great experience!
