BMW of Silver Spring

My experience was outstanding and it’s because of Harold Shelby. The Costco Auto Program designated BMW of Silver Spring as the dealership for me and I'm so thankful they did. From the very beginning, Harold didn’t act like a salesman, he acted like a friend. He made me feel comfortable, and he was attentive, informative, dependable and patient, always having my best interest in mind. Since picking up my car, he has been available to me every time I’ve contacted him, and every time he has been patient and has taken care of my needs. He truly has gone above and beyond my expectations and I can’t thank him enough.
