Purchasing my car was a breeze. Ron Askew did a great job walking me through the whole process from start to finish. He was on top of every detail from the moment I spoke with him on the phone. I was out of town and he put a hold on my vehicle and had it ready when I walked in the dealership to complete the purchase. I've purchased many vehicles over the years; my experience with BMW of Silver Spring was first rate and Ron was by far the best sales representative I have ever interacted with. Thank you!
