Horrible customer care

onI wanted an X5 with a hard to find option. Found one here and discussed with a salesman...signed a purchase order, filled out an application, sent insurance information. I tried three times to pay a deposit from a link they provided but always got an error. I agreed to a time finance would call me to finalize. Never heard from them. I followed up. Some calls back to me asking what I was looking for before they finally admitted they sold the car to someone else! Are you kidding? What a ridiculous waste of time! And now I can’t find any other X5 with what I want. Unacceptable.
