Karen was extremely professional and made the car buying process easy for us. She answered all of our questions and has checked in several times after the purchase to make sure everything is fine. She is a pleasure to work with. Pedro explained everything in detail to make sure we understood every document being signed. He was great to work with and was extremely helpful after we decided to change our financing terms the next day. Professional and kind!
