BMW of Silver Spring

Where do I begin? I’ll just start with, I walked into BMW expecting to buy an X1 SUV. After test driving this vehicle with Karen, I didn’t feel the vehicle as much as before. Karen noticed that I wasn’t as enthused and asked if I would be interested in another vehicle. Before I can answer yes, Karen went into detailed about this lovely (which is now my car) i228 and immediately I was sold, and I didn’t want to text drive the vehicle. Karen is awesome at what she does. She knows how to satisfy her customers as well as put them in the car that fits their personality. I would highly recommend Karen when purchasing at BMW. She does not waste time and she get business done right away all why you are left feeling satisfied 
