Never thought spending money to buy a new truck of my dreams would be a fun and friendly hassle free experience. We went to Mercedes dealership and was ignored without a single hello after 40 minutes of looking around. We left frustrated and went to BMW. Thank you Mercedes Thor sending us there by your rudeness. Right away Alejandro from BMW greeted up as we walked up and spent countless time patiently explaining the trucks and options. We were able to narrow down our choices. We returned the next day and completed the deal with Desirea. She was great. Friendly and fun and full of great information. Never felt like business. We sealed the deal with JC. Never imagined laughing during the pricing part of the deal. Just a great stress free experience. No regrets, pressure or feeling like your being took for a ride.
