I am not rating the dealership. I am rating Karen Herbert Client Advisor, BMW of Silver Spring. Karen went above and beyond what was necessary to complete this transaction. I was not looking for much in terms of features. However, by listening to what I needed, she quickly located a car for me. Without being pushy, Karen was knowledgeable about extra features included and looked towards the future in explaining their valued capabilities. Karen was quick, effective, pleasant, and value oriented. She very friendly and patiently explained all the paperwork that was coming my way and what documents I needed. Professional and courteous service was provided by Karen throughout the entire process, I would definitely recommend her to you if you are shopping for a car.
