Ms. Karen Herbert Is the absolute best salesperson I’ve ever worked with! She along with the management team at BMW Silver Sprint, James Algeciras and Julia Plummer, worked extremely hard over the course of 2 days to get me in an upgraded 3 Series. The deal the team was able to work out for me was unbelievably phenomenal along with their work ethics. Ms. Karen sold me my first BMW 5 years ago and it was a memorable and pleasurable experience back then. However working with her on this new deal left a lasting impression and her and BMW of Silver Spring have gained a customer in me for life! There are really no words to describe the awesome experience I had in working with this team and I look forward to continuing our working relationship in the future!
