Karen H. delivered the best car buying and customer service experience I’ve ever had. Responsive/authentic, Excellent Price and secured better incentives, had the exact car I wanted, Product Intelligence, Meticulous about my satisfaction with the car’s amenities. I came in near closing time, had not test driven it and she still had me in my new car in no time. I couldn’t ask for more—highly recommend her and the BMW Silver Spring team.
