My husband and I were on a search for an SUV and our capable rep Alejandro helped us make a great decision. He was available, attentive, friendly and patient with us. We were able to move the process fairly quickly which was good for us because of our busy schedules. He has been attentive post sale as we wrap up remaining details and I would recommend Alejandro for any customer but especially BMW Virgins like my husband and I!
