What can I say about my BMW Silver Spring experience and my capable rep Alejandro. Fabulous cars, and friendly sales experience. Alejandro has a passion for these vehicles and creating a memorable experience for his customers. My wife and I were fortunate to be his customers in November 2019, and we were delighted with becoming BMW owners. The quality of the brand matched the quality of Alejandro's service. He was smart, energetic, reliable, and accommodating. I have already begun recommending his services to family members looking for a stellar driving and customer service experience. Thank you sir -- and please, take a day off sometime! You earned it!
