I just bought my 5th BMW and I haven't had a better experience than I did with Karen Hebert at BMW of Silver Spring. She is knowledgeable and she is generous with her time. The best part is that she really listens to you and doesn't try to sell you something you don't want or need. I really would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a pleasant car buying experience. I am looking forward to working with her again for my next purchase. Thank you, Karen, for being amazing. I love my new X4.
