BMW of Silver Spring now has another loyal customer despite the hour and a half drive from Delaware. On Oct. 19th, I had reached out in search of a particular color interior/exterior for the X3 and X5 as I was unsure of which vehicle would be best to suit my needs. Karen contacted me immediately, and was prompt on every instance where I needed more information. She not only explained the various financing/leasing options, but she took the time to even provide me with insight into the BMW Select program. During the entire process Karen was patient, professional, knowledgeable and most of all pleasant. I had spent the last 5 weeks researching different vehicles and as a result spent time with a variety of dealers in the Delaware area. Unlike my experience at other dealers, I NEVER felt that I was being pushed to make a decision, or that I was dealing with a sales person who was more concerned about the sale vs. ensuring my needs were met. Karen listened to what my needs were, and provided me with the data to help make my decision. My husband and I came up late Thursday evening, and test drove 2 vehicles to ensure we were making the right decision. By the time we verbally finalized the deal it was after the 9pm closing time. Karen, James and Allen all stayed until everything was complete which was well after 11pm. Everyone was professional and never rushed us to complete the process. On Saturday when I went to pick up the X3, Mikhail spent a few hours educating me on the features of the car. He was professional and patient as he explained the technology features no a non-millennial! Throughout the day on Saturday, Karen was receptive of what was going on to ensure I was satisfied with the condition of the car and the operation of the car’s features (as this is my first BMW). BOTTOM LINE—KAREN and all the staff that helped me during my car purchase are commended on a great job!! I have family and colleagues in the area, and I will be sure to pass the word to them about the quality of service I received last week.
