To anyone considering purchasing a BMW I would recommend BMW of Silver Spring. I live in Rockville and we to BMW of Rockville and was very disappointed with the lack of attentiveness and professionalism. I soon found out I was one of many who started there and ended up in Silver Spring. I worked with Ron Askew who was fair, straightforward and honest. He and his manager John whose candor I very much appreciated were excellent and I am truthful a rough critic. I will definitely be a loyal customer at MileOne in Wil we Spring!
