We had a great experience working with BMW of Silver Spring and Andy Alexis to order a 2020 BMW X5. Andy is extremely knowledgable, straightforward and easy to work with. He is responsive and on top of all aspects of the deal. It was very smooth process and we absolutely would go back to Andy next time we are in the market.
