Mr. Lonnie Overby is a true professional and very knowledgeable of all BMW vehicles. From the time I entered the dealership, he was very helpful in explaining and showing me all the features that the new 2019 BMW X5 had to offer. Lonnie looked tirelessly for the right vehicle to meet my family needs. He even recommended another BMW model for me to check out to ensure that my family's needs would be met and that we would be happy with our final purchase. But unfortunately, we were not able to find the right vehicle at this time. I look forward to working with him again in the future if our needs change.
