I’ve been with this dealership for over 10 years and they’re outstanding. We had a situation that could have easily gone south but general manager Matt is an honest, stand-up guy who was quick to resolve. Ron in sales was great to work with, not to mention Erik, Carey, and their excellent service department. I can’t say enough good things about this outfit. I highly recommend BMW of Silver Spring.
