BMW of Silver Spring

Every time my wife and I decided to buy a new BMW, we stopped by the nearest BMW dealership to where we live. Each time, after wasting 15-30 minutes we repeatedly found ourselves back in our car heading to BMW of Silver Spring, not the closest dealership to our place. Not only BMW of Silver Spring are friendly and nice to deal with, the facility itself is nice, spacious, clean and makes you feel at home. Our most recent experience was with Desirea Jackson. Two years in a row, she helped us with our purchase. First with a new 2017 i3. She helped us from doing the research to getting the best deal you could imagine on an electric car. The second time was last fall, when she helped us buid and order the all new 2019 X5. She kept us up-to-date throghout the production process and made the whole experience stress-free. We still drive that same long distance every time for scheduled maintenance, because we get the exact same level of service. I highly recommend BMW of Silver Spring, and Desirea Jackson.
