Recently I bought a 2016 X3 at BMW of Silver Spring from Desirea Jackson. This car is fantastic. Desirea is very knowledgeable, very customer focused, and very friendly. Also after the car was delivered she was always available for advice and answering questions. She quickly resolved a minor issue: a small dent in the front bumper was repaired in no time and the quality of the work was excellent as you would expect from BMW. Overall an excellent experience.
