Scott Sohn from BMW Mile One Silver Spring Showroom has been wonderful to work with. An amazing personality who has complete knowledge on the inventory, features and option packages. He was crystal clear in providing the complete information including the hidden charges. He was very helpful all the way through. Anthony Lucas from Finance department, Michael Bolgar and Chris from Encore were some of the very supportive staff who has made the entire deal a pleasant one.
