Great experience ordering a new X3

I ordered a new 2019 X3 M40i through Lonnie at BMW of Silver Spring. Lonnie was absolutely amazing to work with. He kept me updated on every step of the ordering, production and delivery process. Even more impressive, I met Lonnie when looking at a new BMW several years ago. Over the years I kicked the tires on a few different models and Lonnie showed incredible patience and responsiveness each time, never pressuring me into any decisions. This is certainly a rare trait of any sales associate. Lonnie and BMW of Silver Spring are HIGHLY recommended.
