My wife and I purchased a 2019 BMW 530ex, and we were very pleased with the experience. I did all the negotiation (very little necessary BTW) electronically with salesman Kan Zhou. In fact, I didn't meet Kan in person until the date of delivery of the vehicle. Everything was as we had discussed--a fabulous deal with no fuss and nothing unexpected. I highly recommend Kan if you're looking for a BMW. If the vehicle turns out to be as good as the buying experience, I will be 100% satisfied.
