BMW of Silver Spring

Just traded in my Audi Q3 for a X3 there a few days ago. It was a great purchase experience. Special thanks for Ronald Askew and JC Thomas. Ron is very professional, and really puts the client's interest first. He has the qualities of the best sales-- knowledgeable, patient, efficient but not pushy. He took care of my trade-in Audi and helped me build a X3 with all the features I want. Price wise, I got a very decent deal. I am not an easy customer but I am completely happy doing business with him. And I would definitely recommend Ron to my friend who wants a BMW. JC is the sales manager there. A very nice and professional person! Like I said, I am not an easy customer. but he really tries to meet all my request!
