Tae Yeon is very knowledgeable and honest salesman. I had great experience ordering my newly revised 2019 X5. At the time I pre ordered my X5 there wasn’t any sample of leather and interior trim available. Tae Yeon made sure that the car is built at my taste. I finally got it yesterday and everything turned out to be perfect. He is a salesperson who put customer first unlike many others I have experienced. This way he will not get best out of it but eventually will make customer to return to him. If I buy another BMW I will definitely buy it from Tae Yeon again.
