A Nice Way to do Business

I went in to look at a new X2 I saw in the dealership's website. Karen Herbert had it ready when I arrived and we went for a test drive. We returned and discussed pricing and I decided on the spot to purchase. There was no pressure and Karen made every effort to find all the discounts available to me. The financial end of the business was taken care of efficiently and speedily and I drove off in the new car. It was a great experience.
