BMW of Silver Spring

After trying to find a great deal on a late model used BMW from a number from a number of different non-BMW dealers with no luck (and spotty service), I decided to give BMW of Silver Spring a shot after seeing a potential candidate car on their website. I ended up buying a 2015 528i X-Drive and got what I thought was a superb deal on a very clean and well kept certified pre-owned BMW. Karen Herbert was a joy to work with on the sale. A very nice and honest lady who worked hard to ensure I was taken care of. Anthony Lucas was great in finance explaining a number of different package options with no pressure or upselling. Andy Alexis, Jr. took me on my test drive and did a great job of explaining the features of the car and how to use them. BMW of Silver Spring isn't the closest to my home, but it was worth the drive in my opinion. I will likely continue to use them for my maintenance as well! Great experience overall!
