I purchased a used Mazda 3 from the dealership and even though I wasn't buying a high-end BMW, the sales staff (Karen was my main contact) were excellent and treated me well. Great follow-up after the purchase to make sure everything went well and they even loaned me a new BMW while some post-sale touchups were done to my new car.
