The overall process of buying my first car went smoothly with the help of Karen (sales) and Andrew (finance). We made the initial contact with the dealership about finding a loaner X1 and Karen was prompt and helpful in finding one that fit my needs. She followed up in a timely manner and provided all the information needed so I could make an informed decision on the car. She also was patient with answering all our questions and helped explain the features in the car when we came back to pick it up.
