BMW of Silver Spring

Karen Herbert is awesome! Not only is she very friendly and knowledgeable, she is a wonderful listener who has the ability to ask relevant and precise questions in order to quickly understand the needs/goals/personality of the car buyer. Providing outstanding customer service is obviously her focus, and she goes above and beyond what is expected - in my case, promptly returning my numerous telephone calls to her on both the day of the car sale, and throughout the day on the day before; e-mailing relevant information that allowed me to select a car prior to my arrival at the dealership; and patiently providing detailed answers to my questions, ensuring she addressed all of my concerns prior to my car purchase. I was first pleasantly exposed to BMW of Silver Spring a few years ago while stationed at a military post in northern Virginia. At that time, I purchased my first BMW. Now, as a military retiree who continues to work and reside in Virginia, I would not think of buying a car from anywhere else. My experience with this dealership continues to be the best that I have ever experienced. Thank you, Karen!
