I worked with Karen. She was so cool and professional. I originally saw the car I wanted on a Saturday and wasn't sure if I should buy it. By Tuesday, I decided I wanted the car. Karen helped me get my car on her day off. It just so happened when I decided to purchase my car, it was Karen's day off. She made sure my purchase went smoothly. I really appreciate her.
