My experience purchasing my new 528i xDrive was, and will always be memorable one. BMW in Silver Spring provided me with excellent care and quality service. I highly recommend Karen Herbert as a sales associate. She is very kind, understanding, and will look out for your best interest without sugar coating any details. She really took the time to get me where I need to be on my first BMW purchase. Had it not been for her outstanding effort I'm not sure that I would be an official BMW owner today! Thanks Karen :)
