I can't say enough great things about Silver Spring BMW. I have been receiving outstanding services from this dealership for over five years now and my most heartfelt conclusion is that this dealership is professional, service oriented, fair and friendly. Every time I would rather travel 40 miles than choosing any other that is physically closer to me, because Silver Spring dealership DOES make a huge difference. So as expected, my vehicle purchase experience yesterday with my agent David Davila was superb. David was extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and respectful. From A to Z, David provided the best possible advice and assistance. It is such a relaxing and precious feeling to buy a car with zero pressure, knowing that your agent actually wants you to get what is the best for you.
