I have purchased two vehicles from BMW of Silver Spring and each visit has been seamless. I was in and out in no time. Karen Herbert is the best BMW Client Adviser ever. She assisted me in purchasing both of my vehicles. She made the car buying process very easy both times and talking to her is like talking to a friend.
