I recently purchased my second car from BMW of Silver Spring with Karen Herbert. Both times I have been extremely impressed with the process and level of service. Absolutely no pressure and Karen made sure that I received the best deal and took advantage of all available incentives. Really unlike all other dealership experiences I have had where they seem to try and take advantage of you at every opportunity - BMW of Silver Spring does not operate like that - they value the importance of building long term relationships. Highly recommended!
