Came into the dealership and was introduced to Rob Askew. I told him my wants and he was On It!! Boy did he sale me my car. I was excited that he was polite and listen to my wants in needs within a car. The next day I came in to work with Andy Alexis as he help me with all the bells and whistles on my car. Both gentleman was patient and kind. I totally recommend them. My experience at Silver Spring BMW was superb because of them.
