Tina Wilhelm was a saint. I had purchased a vehicle out of state and had complete engine failure. She tirelessly fought on my behalf to remedy the situation. She was communicative, detailed, and empathetic to my situation. She made a very difficult situation tolerable with her constant attention. She is a huge asset to the company, and I will not send my business anywhere else because of her.
