Ourisman Mazda

After revisiting the Ourisman Dealership on January 3, 2018, my view has changed. All the questions I had about my vehicle were thoroughly answered and when I asked how could I cancel the GAP plan that I had purchased, I was told that I could fully receive my money back if I refinanced with my bank which is what I wanted to do when I purchased my vehicle. I have to give prompts to Jen (rep who explained my vehicle to me). He knew everything about my vehicle and made my experience with Ourisman much better. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to resubmit this survey. My overall experience with Ourisman is 9.
