Rained out Benz
Written by 08/30/2024
onMy 2010 E350 was towed in after getting flooded out on the drivers side, front and back, during heavy rains after storm Debby passed through. I had no idea how the water got in, but apparently there are drainage tubes in the sun roof that got clogged somehow. The Service rep and I chatted via text and confirmed the diagnosis and service needed and I also added a few things that needed to be done to the car. When I went to pick it up the A/C did not work. Without offering any reason for how that might have happened, they put new refrigerant in the car and sent me off with no charge for that.
