I used Ford Mobile Service for the first time and it was great. It was my first time with Shawnee Mission Ford, too. Shane in the service department could not have been more helpful and Alex the technician was spot-on. Both were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Within two hours I was back up and running. Great experience.
