Shawnee Mission Ford

Beware!!! Salesperson was great until some sales manager guy introduced himself and tried to impose rules on about mandatory driving the vehicle and giving up my information before I could get a price. I told him I was just kicking tires and this was the first time I looked at a Ford and I just needed a printout so I could do my research. First thing I told the salesperson was I was just comparing and doing due diligence and I was not buying anything today. I'm sure he passed that on the the sales manager guy. It is very frustrating when they try to control you. I am the customer. I get to ask the questions. I get to ask for them to print out a sheet on a vehicle (they refused unless their rules were met), I get to decide if I want to test drive a vehicle or not. To top it off I ask to speak with the general manager. He was not in. I asked for his name, they told me the name. I then asked for his phone number. They told me they could not give it out. I went to their web site and their was his phone number. Does this tell you they jacked this prospect up? Wow, I can't imagine how I would be treated if I was to buy a vehicle from them. How do you think they would treat you?
