Not great...

First off the office could never get the insurance company that was covering the damage correct. Every phone call they would not have it correct and we would spend 15 minutes correcting it. Second we could never get in touch with the service advisor handling our car. I would call and be transferred to his voicemail everytime. There was a point where I called for an entire week just to talk to his voicemail over and over. We were given 4 different times our vehicle would be ready. The first 2 times I would call to verify just before the pickup day only to be told that they didn't know anything about it being picked up we were still weeks away. Never really could understand the mixup other than, we never spoke to the guy actually handling our truck. The third time was that the truck failed the test drive and had to be evaluated, of course this was a Friday and they wouldn't get back to it until Monday afternoon at the earliest. The forth pickup time given we did infact pickup. When we did pickup the car the interation was very awkward the guy seemed confused that I looked around the car to verify the parts that were damaged. Of course you sign for the truck before you even see it so I have already signed saying it's good. I do infact acknowledge the truck looks fine. I then go to meet my wife and child at the car rental place about a block away. As were getting in my son if confused as he tries to buckle himeself in. The rear seatbelts have not been bolted back in. They're just tossed into the back seat. During this time my wife and I are walking the truck. I see they have cracked the front fascia upon the removal of it. It also looks as if they didn't bother to removed the door handles to paint because there is overspray all over the handles and it also looks as though there is some on the exposed door seal, however that does wipe away. I take the truck back and ask to speak to the same fella. This converstion was even more akward than the first. I, some what aggitatily run through the issues. He just stared at me and then asked if I wanted this stuff taken care of. I told him yes I did, I was going to need a rental since I just turned mine back in. He told me they won't have one. And then asked again if I wanted to leave my truck. I said no then he said well there nothing i can do then. I then told him that they needed to fix the seatbelt immediately and I can bring the truck back to be repainted and the front repaired. He agreed and then told me it would be about 3 weeks before they can get us back in. I agreed to avoid any further issues and the truck did drive fine and it was all cosmetic. I'm just not sure how a job that they had 60 days with could have turned out so poor. I will update this when, and if, they actually do a better job with the repaint.
