Turpin Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Dubuque

I was having issues with my steering on my Jeep I took out the extended warranty but I just owned the jeep just shy of 2 weeks so he was nice enough to call me and tell me the the warranty place most likely wld deny my claim bec it wld be too soon so we decided to wait till then end of the month so it wld have more miles & I wld own it longer and then they would be more likely to pay it. They could have just filed the claim & I would be SOL & ended up paying for everything. They were very courteous & gave me the time that was needed to figure all this out. They cld have said bla bla bla & sent me on my way but they explained everything in layman's terms so I cld understand what was going on with it.
