Thats not the way you do business!

onTook my SUV in on 06/30/25 and was told it needed a new transfer case and it would take 2 days for the part to arrive. Was also told the latest the repair would be done would be on 07/16/25. I called the service rep. and left a message and did not get a return phone call. I called them today and was told the person who is "going" to work on my SUV called off sick and when he gets back, they will have a better idea on when he will do the repair. They have had my SUV for a week and STILL have not started the work. Not only did they not call me and tell me they could not meet the timeline THEY set, but never even returned my call. Thats not the way you do business! Very disrespectful.
