Lexus of Merrillville

I believe my recent purchase makes 5 or 6 Lexus vehicles my parents and myself have made. We started in Lexus of Orland Park and transitioned to Merrillville when that location opened. Everyone at the Merrillville location is professional and goes the extra distance to ensure we are taken care. This is true whether we are buying or just visiting for service. My salesman Joe was great. I was in a rush and I think he managed to get me out the door within 45 minutes of making the decision to move forward. I want to make a special note of the service department at Lexus. It is hands down a quality system and experience. I never have to go too far out to calendar a service and courtesy vehicles are always available. This is a such a great benefit to customer who cannot always sit and wait for service during the day.
